By The ninth edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is officially underway in the United States and West Indies, with title contender India gearing up for its first action.
The 8th match of the tournament will see India and Ireland face off on Wednesday in what will be each team’s first match.
While India won the inaugural edition and took home the T20 World Cup trophy in 2007, Ireland, which began playing in the tournament in 2009, have yet to win a trophy. However, they made it to the Super Eight stage in the country’s debut.

Ireland will face India on Wednesday, June 5 at 10:30 a.m. ET at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium on Long Island, New York, about 30 miles east of downtown Manhattan.

Tickets for the match between India and Ireland are available on the official website of the T20 World Cup. Ticket prices start at $200 for the Standard Plus seats and go up to $7,500 for the Diamond Club.
Tickets for the match are also available for purchase on third-party websites such as Stubhub, Tickets Center and SeatGeek for varying prices.

The match can be streamed exclusively on WillowTV, which is also available via streamers like Fubo and Sling.
Fans can also stream the game across devices on the Cricbuzz app, while the live score will be available to view on the Cricbuzz website.
