The Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association recently announced its track and field league all-stars and Division 1 champion Southwestern led the way with 13 athletes honored.
The Southwestern boys had seven student-athletes named all-stars: Declan Kennedy, Donavin Brown, Connor Young, Neves Hoose, Trey Faulk, Leo Kavic and Tyler McIntyre.
The Southwestern girls had six student-athletes named all-stars: Emma Lewis, Faith Hamilton, Alexis Grijalva, Marlana Cresanti, Tryniti Card and M’Kenzie Zavala.
Dunkirk had six boys named all-stars: Lucas Lawrie, Nate Carlson, Mike Hanlon, Johnee Thomas, Edward Jourden and Jayden McMichael. The Marauders also had three girls honored: Hanan Mohamad, Felicity Cooper and Amilcar Ceteno.
Five Falconer/Cassadaga Valley girls and two boys were named all-stars. Golden Cougars honored were: Mary Lundmark, Hannah Madonia, Natalie Dossey, Roxane Geranmayeh, Marcella Seekings, Nathan Bailey and Mason Kilmer.
Fredonia’s Mariella Russo was named a CCAA Division 1 track and field All-Star.

Fredonia had two boys and two girls named all-stars. Delaney Kaiser, Mariella Russo, Trenton Krenzer and Lenieth Velez-Olmo were the Hillbillies honored.
Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Brocton’s Jada Cole, Sophia Wolfe and Walter Lukasiak were also honored as all-stars.
The final Division 1 honorees were from Olean: Jaeda Clark, Viktoriia Lozynska, Karsten Stadtler and Lucas Peterson-Volz.
Dunkirk earned the boys Sportsmanship Award and Falconer/Cassadaga Valley’s girls were also honored.
Individual Sportsmanship Award winners were: Southwestern’s Sam Kautzman and Hamilton; Dunkirk’s Jourden and Hazel Bache; Falconer/Cassadaga Valley’s Aidan McCleery and Geranmayeh; Fredonia’s Velez-Olmo and Kaiser; Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Brocton’s Meredith Lendt and Michael Horvath; and Olean’s Will Crosson and Lily Eaton.
Dunkirk’s Johnee Thomas was named a CCAA Division 1 track and field All-Star.

DIVISION 2
Franklinville/Ellicottville had the most boys honored as all-stars in Division 2 with five, while three Titans were also named to the girls team.
For the boys, Grant Cornell, Ben Edwards, Maddox Johnson, Aaron Logiudice and Billy Slavinski were named all-stars, while Abby Chudy, Tyyetta Herman and Elizabeth Price were named on the girls side.
Allegany-Limestone had four boys and four girls named all-stars. Kevin Edwards-Hardy, Connor Ellison, Kamil Milliner and Joshua Nolder were named boys all-stars, while Lilly Coulter, Elexa Duggan, Brogann Howard and Caitlyn Kellogg were named girls all-stars for the Gators.
Salamanca also had four boys and four girls named all-stars. Warriors honored were: Gabrielle Bly, Ryanna Brady, Isabella Milks and Jamila Nelthrope, as well as Aiden George, Jesse Hill, Kyle Lecceardone and Archer Newark.
Silver Creek/Forestville’s Emily Bowers was named a CCAA Division 3 track and field All-Star.

Portville had four girls and two boys recognized. Aryanna Hatch, Ava Haynes, Jenna Wyant and Julia Wyant were the Panthers girls honored, while Parker Dornan and Simon Szymanski were named for the boys.
Cattaraugus-Little Valley had three boys and three girls named all-stars. Talon Bramer, Bernie Butcher and Emma Gassman were the Timberwolves girls honored, while boys recognized were Hippo Engel, Bransen Gabel and Jon Sheldon.
West Valley rounded out the Division 2 team with two boys and one girl honored. Noah Klahn, Jack Tharnish and Oliva Harmony represented the Wildcats.
Salamanca won the Team Sportsmanship Awards for the boys and girls.
Individual Sportsmanship Award winners were: Salamanca’s Keegan Hardy and Summer Downey; Franklinville/Ellicottville’s Logiudice and Cameron Kaleta; Allegany-Limestone’s Lauryn Ball and Michael Frederick; Portville’s Emma Rhinehart and DJ Fowler; Cattaraugus-Little Valley’s Bailey Cannon and Walker Janora; and West Valley’s Victoria Parish and Nicholas Peters.
Fredonia’s Trenton Krenzer was named a CCAA Division 1 track and field All-Star.

DIVISION 3
Randolph led the way with seven boys, while Silver Creek/Forestville had six girls recognized as Division 3 all-stars.
Roan Kelly, Talon Rowland, Caden Inkley, Maverick Adams, Diego Stradi, Gavin Stearns and Dempsey McDonald were Cardinals honored on the boys side, while Chymerah Genovese, Molly Shaw, Lucille Jimerson, Leah Mays, Ingrid Gibson and Emily Bowers were Black Knights recognized on the girls side.
Frewsburg had five boys and three girls honored. Landon Stormer, Cody Kent, Zayne Cline, Brendan Devereaux and Juvenal Diaz-Cortes were the Bears named boys all-stars, while Gracie Conlan, Brea Rubrecht and Grace Lennon were girls all-stars.
Maple Grove had four boys and three girls named all-stars. Jonah Foley, Sean Verbosky, Ethan Verbosky, Ty Kraft, Sydney Simmons, Lily Elliss and Evalyn Fessel were the Red Dragons honored.
Gowanda’s Calie Hudson was named a CCAA Division 3 track and field All-Star.

Clymer/Sherman/Panama had five girls and three boys recognized. Tayden Persons, Solki Martin-Lacayo, Isa Kioko, Grace Cooke, Haley Odell, Lucas Dunnewold, Tony Cipolla and Kolten Rhodes were members of the Wolfpack honored.
Silver Creek/Forestville’s Matt Dunn and Nate Mays, and Gowanda’s Chase Bolen completed the boys team.
Randolph’s Mattie Evans-Brown and Eve Adams, and Gowanda’s Calie Hudson and Rhianna Woods completed the girls team.
Frewsburg’s boys and Maple Grove’s girls earned the Team Sportsmanship Awards.
