The No. 25 Huskies seek to extend their 15-game home winning streak at Husky Stadium against Eastern Michigan on Saturday. Mississippi State transfer quarterback Will Rogers completed 20-of-26 passes for 250 yards and a touchdown in his Washington debut, while Arizona transfer running back Jonah Coleman finished with 16 rushes for 127 yards and three touchdowns despite having a 44-yard touchdown run called back due to a penalty.

Eastern Michigan opened its 2024 season with a 28-14 victory over UMass with quarterback Cole Snyder’s 241 passing yards and two touchdown performance. The upset-minded Eagles are 4-5 in their last nine games against Power Four teams under coach Chris Creighton. This is the first-ever matchup between the two programs.
